Dexter Fugerson is a Rochester, New York native who has caused a laughing riot since the very first time he stepped on stage. After obtaining his Bachelor’s in Television & Radio Broadcasting from Canisius College, Dexter relocated to Atlanta, Georgia.

 He  decided to try out stand-up comedy on a whim because he knew he it was something he was born to do. The feeling of making a crowd erupt in laughter felt natural and he quickly realized that a career in comedy was just right for him.

Since his first taste of comedy a few years ago, nationally booked comedians took notice and  opened for the "LMAO" comedy tour across 40 cities. Since his first taste of comedy Dexter launched a YouTube channel and has been met with a rising number of subscriptions as well as views. His whit, timing and clever dialogue has been put on display and noticed by judges at NBC's stand up for diversity where he was selected to the regional semi finals this past year as well as is a content provider for "Comedy Hype".

In addition to stand up Dexter has also dabbled in acting, holding guest roles in well-known television shows such as Tyler Perry’s “The Haves and The Have Nots” on the "OWN" network, as well as CW’s “The Originals. His comedic stamina is insatiable and is becoming more refined with every time he hits the stage. Keep a look out for this up- and coming entertainer  who is sure to become a household name.
